I’ve spent the last 25 years learning everything there is to know about Professional Speakers – from booking them to managing them to being related to them. 

With an unwavering mission to remove “barriers to bookings” for the talent on my watch, I’ve developed an unmatched understanding of exactly how to become a million-dollar force in the speaking industry. 

In 2009, I started See Agency, an elite Speaker Management Agency with a hard-won iron-clad reputation for representing only top-tier professional corporate talent. 

In 2015, I launched the Speaker Therapy division of See Agency. Together with the speaker I curate and develop a brand strategy that clearly sets them apart in the speaking industry, and sets them on a trajectory for large-scale big-stage success.

Between my award-winning expertise as a pioneer in the events industry, my two-time Inc. 5000 placement on the list of America's fastest-growing companies, my decades of experience performing music and comedy, and my healthy obsession with brand stories, I consider myself a professional anomaly without the good sense to accept ‘good enough’ on any level.
